auto + manual lines
Our bread and butter. Two automatic carousels and four manual presses share the floor with a dryer rated for 1,200 shirts an hour. We run plastisol, water-based, discharge, and metallic inks — color-matched to PMS chips, photographed under daylight before they leave.
6-head, 12" hoop
Wilcom-digitized stitch files run on twin 6-head machines. Logo placement is jig-locked, not eyeballed, so the left chest hits 7" down on every garment in the run. We stock 220+ Madeira thread colors and can color-match within a business day.
photo-grade · no minimums
For full-color art that doesn’t justify screens. We pretreat, cure, and print on a Kornit Atlas Max — the only DTG line on the I-5 corridor between Portland and Seattle. One-offs to runs of 500 with no setup cost.
any color, any fabric
Direct-to-Film prints on a release sheet, then heat-pressed onto the garment. Lets us hit polyester, performance blends, and tri-blends that DTG can’t touch. Stronger hand than screen, sharper detail than embroidery.

Roster numbering, custom names, single-piece reorders. Cut from solid vinyl or printed-and-cut for multi-color.
drinkware · hard goods
Single- and two-color pad printing on curved and irregular surfaces. The method behind logo-d coffee mugs, bottles, and toolboxes.

In-house patch design and sourcing. Sew-on, iron-on, hook-and-loop backing. Heritage leather patches on hats and bags.
tonal logos · softgoods
Subtle tonal etching on softgoods — fleece, faux leather, drinkware. Looks tone-on-tone in person, photographs like an embossed seal.
